Greenamp PowerPromise and Workmanship Warranty FAQ

Email warranty@greenampsolar.ca with monitoring screenshots or recent utility bills. We’ll acknowledge within 10 business days and resolve valid claims within 30 days.

Yes. You can upgrade to our 25 year extended workmanship plan. Ask your Greenamp representative for details.

All Greenamp warranties are fully transferable. The new owner simply emails proof of title transfer to warranty@greenampsolar.ca within 30 days of closing to keep the remaining term active.

Yes. Every major component we install comes with its own manufacturer warranty (typically 10–15 years on product defects and 25 years on power output for panels; 10–25 years for inverters and racking). If a part fails, Greenamp handles the claim. Parts are covered under the OEM warranty. Labour coverage is provided under the terms of your workmanship warranty.
