We're growing fast and looking for a certified Journeyperson Electrician with residential and light commercial experience to join our Edmonton team.

What You’ll Do

You’ll work with our experienced install crew to complete solar and EV projects for homes, businesses, and farms. Your work will include a mix of rooftop and ground-mount solar, electrical room work, and EV charging installations.


Key responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems on solar and EV projects for residential and light commercial sites (mix of rooftop, ground-mount, and electrical room work)

  • Complete panel upgrades, meter changes, and service improvements for both residential and small commercial customers

  • Install and commission EV chargers in homes, shops, and commercial parking/parkade environments

  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

  • Troubleshoot and resolve AC and DC electrical issues on inverters, combiner boxes, and distribution equipment

  • Utilize power tools and hand tools to perform safe, efficient installs

  • Inspect systems to ensure optimal performance and code compliance

  • Communicate clearly with project managers, apprentices, homeowners, and commercial clients

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional worksite at all times

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

  • Journeyperson Electrician certification (Alberta-required)

  • At least 4 years of hands-on residential and/or light commercial electrical experience

  • Experience with panel upgrades, service changes, and rooftop or ground-mount installations

  • Strong understanding of electrical schematics, drawings, and code

  • Familiarity with low-voltage systems and related applications

  • Proficiency using power tools and hand tools

  • Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial standards

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and logical, detail-oriented approach to tasks

  • Strong attention to safety protocols and cleanliness

  • Valid Driver’s License and are based in the Edmonton area

  • Red Seal certification is an asset but not required

  • Some out of town work required
